Weekend stays require a 2 night stay (except December-April- excluding Holidays). During the week (Sunday-Thursday) single night stays are available. If requesting a Thursday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday weekend stay, both nights will be charged at the weekend rate. A three night minimum is required on most holiday weekends.

We will sometimes have a one nite stay on the weekend available- ex: if someone has booked a Sat/Sun- then Friday would be open for a one nite stay- Same if someone booked a Thurs/Friday- then Sat. would be open for a one niter!!

Advance payment is required on the day of your cancellation policy. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Taxes are 10% additional. We have both 7% sales tax and 3% lodging tax added to the rental rates.
