ALL CABINS HAVE CENTRAL A/C AND HEAT FOR YOUR COMFORT

What to Bring
All of your towels and linens, basic cookware and utensils, dish soap are provided as well as grill utensils. We also provide enough paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) for a couple of days. When you get in you may want to evaluate what we have provided and if need be you can go to 2 different stores which are both within 2 miles. Just bring your own food and toiletries. The items our guests most often forget are shampoo and soap for the shower.


Amenities
Occasionally appliances, jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, etc… can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other “Acts of God” that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency.

Extended Stays
If you are staying more than three days we will bring you new towels. Please make arrangements with our caretaker as we only enter cabins with permission!!


Heat/a/c
Each cabin has electric heat and a/c. Electric fireplaces are operational all year.


Telephones
We do not have telephones in any of our cabins. We suggest you bring your cell phone.


Electrical Outages
Unfortunately electrical outages do happen out here in the country! We do have flashlights in the cabins, but you might want to bring one just in case.


Bugs
We have our cabins professionally treated on a regular basis, but we have invaded the bugs' natural habitat. You are in the middle of the woods and you WILL see bugs and spiders during your stay! You might want to bring some bug spray for mosquitoes, etc.. if you plan to spend time outside.


TV
We have cable tv, dvd/vcr in each cabin, both in the living room and sleeping loft. We also provide a few movies in each cabin or feel free to bring your own.
