HillSide Cabins Policies

OUR 7TH AND ONLY HOT TUB CABIN (HOT TUB WILL BE READY APRIL 2010)- "CABIN IN THE WOODS" IS FINALLY COMPLETED!! OUR MOST PRIVATE RETREAT IS FINALLY AVAILABLE - PLEASE SEE "WHATS NEW" FOR MORE DETAILS!!


FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE FOR ALL CABINS:

*A two nite minimum is required for weekend stays - the last weekend in April through New Years Weekend. 2 nite stay can be a Friday, Saturday or Saturday, Sunday stay. Some holiday weekends may require a 3 nite minimum.

*You must be 21 or older to rent our cabins. All persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent.

*All of our cabins are non-smoking. There is a $100 charge for smoking in a cabin. Please feel free to smoke outside.

*Check in time is 3pm and Check out is 11am. We are flexible when possible and advise that you call 1 day prior to arrival to see if we can accomodate you.

** We typically have a 10 day cancellation policy - if you cancel within that ten days prior to your stay you are responsible for the nites rented UNLESS we are able to rebook them.
Most Holiday and Festival weekends have a 30-60 day cancellation policy as well as hunting season!! please be sure to ask!
